Deer Hunters- You must game check your deer before leaving it with your processor. The app is called outdoor AL.
Because Freezer space is in high demand, we kindly ask that you make sure to pick up your meat within 5 days of us letting you know it is ready.
The animal that you bring in is the meat you take home with you. Each animal is tagged with your name and phone number and is kept with your animal through the whole process.
If you have a Cow or Hog that you would like processed, Please call to schedule an appointment.
We charge by the carcass weight(Weight after the skin, guts, head, etc have been removed). Cutting is a timely process to ensure that we save the most meat possible from your animal.

Each package is labeled for your freezer. Beef Packaging is vacuum sealed. We offer paper wrap or vacuum seal for deer processing.
A custom slaughter facility is a slaughter facility that does not have a state or federal inspector on duty, which means that the meats from these facilities are not considered state- or federally-inspected meats. These establishments ARE regularly inspected (by the state) for overall sanitation, but the animals themselves are not inspected for disease.
We process deer for individuals that bring in a deer. We are unable to sell individual packages of deer since we are the processor providing a service. In the event that a hunter does not want their deer or if we have individuals that do not pick up their processed deer we can call someone on our waiting list to see if they would like to pay the processing fees for the meat.
